PROSPECTING REPORTS

No. There is never a setup fee to get started mailing prospecting reports.
Yes. Successful prospecting requires consistency, so Datacore requires an annual commitment.
After one year there is no longer an annual commitment, but we continue to require 6 mailings per year.
While we do charge for each printed report, the monthly fee covers the maintenance and merging of local county tax assessor files, state corporation registries, and contact information records to power the platform’s data and prepare each new report.
The base monthly program fee is $49.00 for the first three property types or sub-property types selected for your report(s). There is an additional monthly fee of $5.00 for each additional property type or sub-property type selected beyond the first three property types or sub-property types selected.
Monthly program fees are billed by credit card on the same day each month. Reports are billed by credit card every 60 days; based on the quantity of reports mailed and is charged prior to printing and mailing.
Every 60 days. Postcards are available to mail in between report mailings.

Yes. There is a 300-report minimum. This can include any mix of property types in different targeted areas.
Yes. Because we do not charge a setup fee, agents cancelling the program before their third mailing will be charged a $500 cancellation fee. Agents cancelling prior to their sixth mailing will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. There is no cancelation fee after the 6th mailing.
Yes. Datacore can even divide billing accordingly.
Reports are mailed standard postage rate but, for an additional charge, can be mailed first-class.
The U.S. Postal Service averages 10-15 business days for Standard Mail and 5-7 business days for First-Class Presort.
The Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) enables the United States Postal Service (USPS) to evaluate the accuracy of software that corrects and matches street addresses. CASS certification enables us to assess the quality of our program and improve the accuracy of our mail lists.
We provide you with a tracking report from the U.S. Post Office. A link to view the report delivery status will be available in an email confirming that your reports have been printed and mailed.
Yes, you will receive both a mailed copy and a digital copy of your report each time it’s printed and mailed. Regardless of the quantity of reports you have set up, you will receive only one random copy in the mail. Extra copies are available to order and can be mailed to your office or home address.
Our automated platform generates the target list through a variety of search filters. These filters automatically populate the list, which can be further edited within the platform. The target list is created from county tax assessor files and state corporation registries, meaning reports go to the most accurate property owner addresses.Can I choose other areas for my target list? Yes. Our program allows you to refine your target list by adding locations to the property type that you have selected. You also have the option of drawing new areas on the map. If you want to add a new property type, simply create a new search based on that property type and further filter your parameters.
Yes. You can add or remove any property owner from your target list as long as the minimum quantity of reports is 300 per mailing cycle.
Yes. You can either upload your own list of property owners or append your own list to a Datacore list by following our instructions and format requirements. You can also upload or append your own list of comps to be included in your report.
Uploaded lists must be in a .csv text file format. Excel, FoxPro, Outlook, and most other programs will have a way for you to export your list as a .csv text file. Your list should contain the following column headers in the first row of data: LastName, FirstName, SpouseName, Street, City, State, Zip. All columns are required to be filled, except "SpouseName" (which is the spouse’s first name).
Our intelligent platform pulls the sales comp transaction details that you selected into your report, which you can further refine with filters. From there, you will have several layout templates available to build your report, which include custom-branded design.
Our prospecting reports are 8.5” x 11” and printed on both sides which are mailed folded in half and tabbed closed.
We provide follow-up phone numbers and email addresses to you every time after your report is printed and mailed. They are not available on demand.

POSTCARDS


Our platform offers several templates designed with your agency branding and colors. You can also provide your own design following our instructions and format requirements.
Yes. There is a 100-postcard minimum for all orders.
Our automated platform generates the property owner mailing list through a variety of search filters. These filters automatically populate the list, which can be further edited within the platform. You may always upload your own mailing list following our instructions and format requirements. You also have the option of appending your own list to a Datacore property owner mailing list.

Postcards come in the following size: Panoramic (5.5” x 11”).
The price includes a completed full color postcard design along with postage, mail list, and the option to edit.
Our Panoramic postcards are automatically mailed Standard Class. They may be sent First-Class for an additional charge.
Yes. Extra copies are available to order.
Postcards are printed and delivered to the post office by the next business day.
Once the post office receives the postcards, Standard Class mail will take 10 to 15 business days to be delivered, and First-Class mail will typically take 5 to 7 business days.
Yes. We will automatically mail a copy of the postcard to your office address. Since copies can sometimes be misplaced when being delivered to an office, we can mail it to your home address instead. If you prefer that, please access your account settings to make the change.
While our system does CASS certify all mailing lists, some addresses may still be incorrect. Our CASS rate is over 98% accurate on average. If you choose First-Class mail, you may receive returns due to no forwarding address on file or an expired forwarding address.
We provide you with a tracking report from the U.S. Post Office. It will be available for you to view when you receive your order confirmation email and in an additional email that we’ll send when your postcards have been printed and mailed.
